Vic was absolutely fantastic! He came out incredibly fast when we had a leak and quickly got to work figuring out what was going on. Not only did he find the main issue, but he actually discovered a second leak we didn’t even know about—talk about thorough and knowledgeable! He’s very friendly, easy to talk to, and explains everything clearly so you feel confident in what’s being done. Communication was great from start to finish, which made a stressful situation so much easier. His team was also wonderful—professional, respectful, and just as hardworking. Overall, Vic did an amazing job, and we’re so grateful for his quick response and expertise. Highly recommend!

Our hot water heater and main water pipe were spewing water all over our backyard and front yard at 9PM and this team came to our rescue. They arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue. They stabilized the flooding that night and came back the next morning to finish. They saved our home from flooding and we are very grateful!

We had a leak under the sink today that we couldn't fix and required us to eventually shut off our water. We panicked because without water we wouldn't be able to use our restrooms, wash our hands, or cook. I looked through the Nextdoor app to find a plumber that would come out right away. Through the app, I could send my plumbing request to 4 different companies at the same time. Andy's Plumbing was the first to contact me and they arrived within 2 hours. Vic (the owner) showed up and was very friendly. He noticed that another plumber was parked outside (due to a misunderstanding, one of the other 4 plumbing companies also sent out a guy but I was unaware he arrived). Vic told me that if I preferred to go with the other plumber, he'd understand. Since Vic was the first one to call me back, provided me with updates on ETA via phone, and was the first one to show up at my doorstep, I told him I wanted him to work on my issue. However, I really did appreciate that he gave me the option to go with the other company if I chose to; in other words, he didn't give me the hard sell or make me feel guilty. He looked at the problem, provided a quote, and got to work after we accepted. During the job, he noticed that there was more work needed. Before you think, "Oh, here's the up sell..." earlier in the day when my husband was trying to fix the issue on his own, he accidentally knocked out a plastic pipe that had nothing to do with the original leak. It turned out that the pipe actually sheered off clean, making it hard to tell that it was actually broken. Since we left that piece off (to better access the actual leak we were dealing with), we would not have noticed that the plastic pipe actually broke if Vic didn't bring it to our attention. We asked him to fix that as well. We are very pleased with Andy's Plumbing. It wasn't cheap, but the work was fast and professionally done. Hopefully we'll never need to call them again, but if we ever needed to give a recommendation, we wouldn't hesitate to refer them to Andy's.
